If you are on probation the stipulations carry on throughout the country so if he can’t drink in KC he Cant drink in vegas… It will be interesting to see if this is brought to the attention of his probation officer, but nothing can come of it because know one can prove that he was drinking alcohol plus the alcohol runs out of your system within 48rs.
