Concensus is that he's behaving yet again like an idiot. Carrying without permit is 3.5 mandatory. A 2-month plea agreement is damn generous, according to most. They say his wife is a lawyer, but he's ignoring the ones he hired. This idiot should've used the lawyer money for a bodyguard, or, better yet, avoided places in which he felt he needed a gun to defend himself.
