All you no playing football haters need to leave Samie Parker alone. Maybe if the teams he played for were any good then maybe he would shine. I don't know how in the hell anyone from the sorry Chiefs could say anything when they only won 2 games all season WITH OUT Samie Parker. Lets see what the Chiefs do next season WITH OUT Samie Parker, because I know what he going do. He going to get more touches than the Chiefs would ever give him. All they want to do is keep giving the rock to Larry Johnson or Tony Gonzalez and they still couldn't win.

The 2007 Chiefs were just as bad as the 2008 Chiefs

And was only able to start 7 games for them.

The 2004 and 2005 Chiefs had some of the best offenses in the League and what did he do for us then? No offense to Samie personally, but he’s never demonstrated an ability to actually help a team win.

Because Vermeil kept Sammie...

For no reason whatsoever it squeezed Marc Boerigter, who actually had talent and could catch the ball, out of the mix. I know a knee injury set him back too but had he been the #2 WR at the time like he should have been, and not been out in the 3rd quarter of a pre-season game(where he got the knee injury ending his season). So no Sammie love here.

I never understood

why they gave up on that guy even after the injury. He put up good numbers and had a good yards/reception average. He was big and fast and was a nice target in the red zone.

WTF, we are still in KC, why isn’t super Sammie? No offense to him as a person, but he is not anyone special, or he would have put up huge numbers under Vermiel, and Saunders. We gonna ween without Sammie!:)

Okay, that was lame. But seriously, what’s with the anti-mcgraw stance? Yeah, he’s not a starter but he’s one of the best special teams players in the country. There’s a reason he’s survived so many cuts. Bringing him up in the same breath as sammie parker kind of offends me because they’re two completely different players. McGraw is good at what he does. Parker… not so much.

It's not really anti-McGraw at all...

In fact, lots of Arrowhead Pride folks have come out in favor of McGraw specifically for his special teams work.

I think it’s mostly a joke referencing an old thread. Someone signed up for AP and made a fanpost. It was a short, angry, unwarrented post just like this one. (The parallel is too much to pass up) THat previous post was typed out in ALL CAPS form start to finish, and the writer claimed to be McGraws cousin or some such distant relative.

The poster shouted about how badly AP was treating McGraw how he was tired of hearing people bash McGraw. It was quite obvious that the poster was not a regular reader at AP because there had been no posts slandering McGraw anywhere on the site that I ever saw in the previous 4 months.

It was a shot in the dark screaming, all caps, pointless rant about how no one should say that McGraw should be sacking groceries….. (Hence the “bagging groceries” joke that has been runing on and off ever since).
