So ever since the TG trade my hopes kind of diminished for the Chiefs this season. Before the trade I was extremely excited about this upcoming season with the addition of Matt Cassel and some veteran leadership to play along side TG, D Bowe, and LJ. I really thought we had an opportunity to take the AFC west this year knowing it was such a weak division, but now I am starting to question the reality of actually making the playoffs. I still am very excited to see Cassel and the new look Chiefs in the red and white but being a Chiefs fan for so long now you have to look to realism more than optism for this team being that they really know how to break your heart. Are we good enough from top to bottom to produce a winning football team not for the future but right now? I don't know yet, we as Chiefs fans who follow them everyday have no idea what to expect this year. I know we all have to trust Scott and Todd that they are doing the right thing for this football team but what are the realistic chances for the Chiefs to pull off a Dolphin/Falcon like turnaround this year? What does everyone think about this team post TG trade?
