Madden Cover

What do you guys think of the new Madden cover? If you haven't already checked it out it features for the first time ever two cover athletes Polamalu and Fitzgerald. I for one was upset that they strayed from the classic one cover guy. Im pretty pumped for it to eventually come out so i can play with the new Pioli chiefs and its not like this cover will affect my love of this game but it just doesnt feel the same. Do you also think the madden curse will continue now??

troy and fitz are sick, theres no way the curse will continue. if there ever really was one.

Fitz

I really want to see what happens with him next year. The guy is a great receiver, no arguing that, but if Bouldin gets signed to another team it will be interesting to see if Fitzgerald can be productive without support.

Has Fitzgerald ever played without Boldin?

Execpt of course for the few games that Boldin missed when he got his face smashed I am pretty sure that Boldin was there first.

That's what I'm saying.

No doubt that Fitzgerald knows how to catch a football, but I just don’t see him putting up the yards he does without a viable 2nd or 3rd to take the pressure/double teams off of him.

Can't always prevent injury

I like both of these players so I hope the Madden curse doesn’t come to these two. But if Boldin is gone you never know what Fitz will do (you would think he will still be productive though) With that said you can’t always prevent injury. How Troy likes to make the big hits, you never know what may happen.

they are going to pick one player from the super bowl winner and one player from the super bowl loser from now on instead of picking random guys like before.

Ouch!

I cant really say I see Fitz getting injured. I can see TP hurting himself – he’s had a few injuries the last year or two.

just watched the trailer for madden 10. looks TERRIBLE! The graphics look worse than 09 and there is still not much of an improvement with the animation. bummer.

New Head of Developement

this year and he says he is working on game play this year and next year will upgrade animation, but the previous head developer neglected the gameplay for so long. This new person claims that he wants to continue to make impovements even though they dont have any copetition which was obviously not the way of the previous guy. He also guarenteed this years game will have the most realistic gameplay ever. The only question now is whether or not the fans will agree?
