been in trouble before? I’m not saying its good to be carrying guns around without a permit or whatever you need to do it. I admit I know nothing about gun laws. But if he doesnt ever really get in trouble than I think jail time is a little harsh.

he had a conceal and carry (possibly in another state) but it had expired. Still NYC doesn’t mess around when it comes to guns.
