Amount we have to sign our rookies (first year money only).I started adding up the Chiefs 2008 cap charges and it went way over the 2008 rookie pool. I'm researching how this works. H/T oldchiefsfan in the FanShots.

this is the amount that we must spend on rookies, and if we go over it allows us to go over this amount over the salary cap. Shouldn’t be too much of an issue with the Chiefs
