Mesa State College’s Maurice Manley and Jared Keating are still waiting and hoping one team will take a chance on them and sign them to a free-agent contract after they were skipped in the NFL draft over the weekend.

Keating, who is from Cody, Wyo., was told the Kansas City Chiefs were interested in bringing him in for a tryout — until the Chiefs drafted a kicker with their last pick of the draft.
