If Brown truly is a project then I say Jones over McIntosh next season.

If he can stay on the field, Jones is a clear upgrade over McIntosh
That’s a big if, but you could then let McIntosh compete for the RG spot, and if he wins that job, which I think he would, now you’ve got Goff and Niswanger competeing for the C spot.
A line of:
Albert-Waters-Goff-McIntosh-Jones is no longer a weakness.
Good news is, you’d have a lot of flexibility, with McIntosh able to be your backup OT as well, and Niswanger covering your 3 interior line spots as a backup.
I don’t know how much money he’s looking at, but this would be a nice move.
