PrintSeattle removes franchise tag from Hill, so now he can be signed without compensation.

OLB, still young, would be a great pickup for the Chiefs. Hopefully we'll go offense with the rest of this draft, now that we've added two more top 3 draft picks to a defense that was already full of them.
