New Blog: The Boxing Bulletin for Boxing Fans!

I was walking from one bar to the next this afternoon (2:45-ish) when I saw a group of people in front of a hotel. One guy was decked out in Chief's gear from head to toe (hat, shirt, pants, and red & white shoes).

I tried to see if I could recognize him from a distance, but couldn't. By the time I reached the group, the man had gone inside. I took the risk of embarrassment, and asked the group if he was with the team.

"No," was the answer, "but he's hoping his son will be."

Turns out it was Crabtree's Dad that was all Chiefed up. I congratulated them on Michael's success and wished him all the luck in the world as long as he didn't end up in Oakland.

Would his Dad have insider info? I don’t think so.

Good stuff.

Love Crabtree

I wouldn’t take him #3 overall but would love to see that dude in a Chiefs uniform!

Mini TO

From what I’ve ready, people are concerned with his off the field issues. They say he’s running around NY with an entourage. And we’re not talking about Turtle.

Tick tick tick…waiting for 4:15….

This would explain Crabtree's statement about the Raiders early this week.

During his NFL.com chat he was asked about playing for Oakland and all he would say is No comment. If he grew up a Chiefs fan then the thought of being drafted by Oakland would be sickening.

I'm with ya!

I woke up and had to be at work this morning and made a bee line to my office, fired up the computer, and hopped on AP. I know it’s sad but this site is awesome, and I can’t wait for the draft!!!

It's not sad

What you just described I call Monday through Friday.

I’m doing the same thing…but at home.
