PFT - "The Kansas City Chiefs added unrestricted free agent tight end Tony Curtis, the team announced today. With the Dallas Cowboys, Curtis caught 11 passes for 80 yards and three touchdowns and also played on special teams. Terms were not released. Curtis used to play in the since-defunct NFL Europa for the Cologne Centurions. Also, center Rudy Niswanger signed his restricted free agent tender. Niswanger was assigned a $1.545 million second-round tender."
