How have Chief's done in pre-draft moves?

It seems to me, though I'm not familiar with all of the other teams, that the Chief’s have made some of the best moves overall pre-draft. What other teams have helped themselves the most, so far, prior to the draft?

One article that I read, indicated that the Eagles have really improved themselves by getting Peters and Andrews. However, Peters is replacing Tra Thomas and Andrews is replacing Runyan so it seems that these moves are helping to "maintain" rather than substantially improving the team.

On the other hand, since Buffalo has loss Peters, at this point they seem to be in worse shape than they were last year at this point. What other losses and gains have they had?

The Chief’s, so far, haven’t really loss any key players that I can think of, even though there is all of the speculation about Waters, Gonzales and Johnson. On the other hand, we picked up a probable starting QB, two very experienced LB’s, an experienced guard and a good slot receiver in Engram and others. Haven’t we had one of the very best off-seasons so far?

What other teams have greatly improved themselves? Chicago? What teams have lost, been hurt the most?
