I hope we get rid of Larry Johnson, he is not getting any younger and could very easily destroy team chemistry if things don't go our way this year.

With that being said I think that the Jamaal Charles/Kolby Smith dou would need an addition for us to have a legitimate backfield. Late rounds are the place to pick servicable running backs who may not do it all, but could complement who we have very well.

I think our best pickup could be had in the 5th round, Ian Johnson! I know he is known primarily for his proposal and Fiesta bowl theatrics but the guy has great character, can block and catch effectively , and measured out really well at the combine running a 4.41 40 as well as doing 26 reps of the bench press. He is a power runner and would complement Charles well. He is also a special teams ace and blocked 3 kicks this past year. 9 more days!
