NFL Schedule Leaks; Chiefs to Host Giants in Week Four

Mike Garafalo of the Newark-Star Ledger (via PFT) has gotten his hands on most of the New York Giants schedule. This is interesting to Kansas City because the Chiefs will be playing the NFC East this season.

Garafalo is reporting that the Giants will travel to Kansas City in the fourth week of the 2009 NFL season.

This makes sense considering the Royals will be playing in Minnesota on that day (October 4th).

The Chiefs will likely be playing their first TWO games at home considering the Royals are out of town. The Chiefs and Royals historically do not play on the same day (though it's been done before).

If we continue this theory that the Royals and Chiefs won't play on the same day then the schedule should start off like this:

Week 1: Home

Week 2: Home

Week 3: Away

Week 4: Home (Giants)

The NFL schedule will be released at 6:00 PM CST tonight (if not leaked earlier). You can view that in a variety of ways including ESPN, NFL Network, NFL.com and of course we'll be posting the full schedule release here.

True story I went to build a bear with my x girlfriend a while back

and i made a bear when you push its hands it says fuck the raiders fuck their life fuck what they stand for and fuck the nfc hahahah. the guy at build a bear was like trying to take it away from me but i told him it was a personal message and I didnt want him to hear so they sewd it in the bear wheres chucks has a small chief jersey and has small black pants its sick. just thought i would share this story cuz i hate the nfc and the raiders.

ya i pretty much sapped up it was horrible they made me kiss the bears heart and everything hhah

First two games away?

This is the first schedule prediction I’ve seen that don’t have the Chiefs playing the first game at home and most others have a home game in week to as well. I’ll try to dig up those links…

At least there is only an hour and a half until the schedule comes out. As a season ticket holder I am hoping for the season opener to be at Arrowhead!

Worst NFL experience ever was going to Irving, TX

What a bunch of losers. We saw the Chefs blow the game against Dallas and then had to listen to all of the Dallas fans trash talk …. which they reserved until AFTER the game since there were as many Chiefs fans there as Dallas fans. Can’t wait for them to come visit a REAL NFL stadium with REAL fans.

oh god for that game i was at a family bbq all dallas fans pure silence before the snap
