And With the #38 Pick in the Arrowhead Pride Community Mock Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals Select...

                                     Oregon C Max Unger

mistamic with the pick...

I was tempted to put Lesean McCoy up here. He's still considered to be a first round talent and Cincy needs more than just Cedric Benson to help with the running game. But the running back class is pretty deep this year and they can pick up some better value later in the draft. For now, they stick to fixing up their offensive line. Their interior needs a lot of help. Enter Unger, a standout center from Oregon. Like McCoy, he's a first round talent that has slipped into the second round. He's got a lot of experience (said to be at 51 consecutive starts). He's very strong and has good side for an interior lineman. He is considered to be a hard worker. He's got good mobility for a guy his size. He doesn't have a history with injuries, which is one of the top three things I would look for in a player. And the best thing about Unger is his versatility: he played tackle for two years, then switched to center for his last two years. Scouts believe he can also play guard if needed. Some say that he doesn't do anything that makes him stand out. I don't buy it. Unger may not be the flashiest guy but he's very accomplished and he could certainly help out the Bengals.

Round 1 is here.

Previous pick: OT William Beatty

this is my favorite OL in the draft

He’s a beast, and can play any position on the line.

I would be pumped if the Chiefs found a way to get him!

Awesome pick

Unger is a fellow alum of Oregon and I watched this guy ball his entire time there. Dude just fills in where needed, can play anywhere on the line. I dont think he had any injuries or missed a game his entire college career. Dude is gonna ball for the next decade. I was hoping to pick him up with my next pick for the Bills. If KC can some get back into the 2nd round, Id be esctatic if we picked him up. Nice pick!
