That's why it's necessary for Todd Haley and Scott Pioli to change the culture. The Chiefs have several young players (Branden Albert, Brandon Flowers, Brandon Carr, Glenn Dorsey, Dwayne Bowe, Tank Tyler and Turk McBride, to name just a few) who know nothing but misery as pros.
It wouldn't be surprising for those guys to expect to lose by this point.

I agree completely with this post.
It’s all about a winning attitude at this point. These young guys can play. they just need to be in a winning environment
Expectations are critical for success!
As Brian Tracy said, “Whatever we expect with confidence becomes our own self-fulfilling prophecy.”
Changing expectations is job 1 for Haley and Pioli along with working hard and smart and integrading a never quit attitude. That is a complete change from the Edwards era.
