Looks like we've picked up 5 new likely starters since the offseason began: Cassel, Vrabel, Goff, Engram and Beisel. Not bad, we still have the draft to come. And more players will get cut later in the offseason and we still should have a lot of cap room.
Needs: Another OT, a DE, 2 LBs? Hopefully we can add two new likely starters in some of those spots with the draft, plus another couple of contributors who will start in the future. And fill the other holes with signings later this offseason.

Dorsey
WILL start… they have to find a place for this guy, he’s too talented to sit.
He will be a stud sooner or later.

edit
Yeah, I typoed Dorsey there, he will start somewhere. I put him at DE for now, we’ll have to see how they use him.

Copper?
Copper in front of Bradley? Other than that I say it looks good with what we have signed so far. Copper will be a special teams player IMO. Looks good though.

Offense
I agree with the offense for the most parti would put bradly in front of copper and i would leave goff at RG this years center class seems pretty deep and i think if we cant get back into the second i think we can draft a starting center at 3rd and i think if we do get back in the second we will take a right tackle hopefully britten or loadholt
Defense
I think will look completely diffrent after the draft and hopefully pioli will still make some moves maybe jason taylor or shaun rogers

agreed...
Why would you move Goff to C?? Keep him at G and draft a stud C in the 3rd round, i.e. Eric Wood out of Louisville.
I’ve said it before, but we MUST protect our investment in Matt Cassel!! We have to solidify our OL before everything else because if this Cassel deal falls through……we will be ‘stuck’ in our rebuilding phrase for another 3+ years!!
Waters will suck up the fact that he got ‘stood up’ by Pioli because he realizes that this team IS coming together. Drafting Albert was nothing short of amazing and adding Goff just rounds out a ‘decent’ OL. Now lets draft Wood to be our C and pick up a RT later in the draft and have him compete for the starting spot. Our OL would look like this:
LT Albert
LG Waters
C Wood
RG Goff
RT McIntosh/Richardson/drafted player

Eric Wood is a tough football player
and I hope we get lucky enough to add him to our team. A good young center that can protect Cassel for years to come would be great.

Wood isn't on our roster yet
So he’s not going on the current depth chart. Neither is Aaron Curry.
You can list Goff at guard and Niswanger at center if you want, it doesn’t make much difference at this point. They’re still the same two players. Both are on our roster and both would probably start if the season started today, which luckily it doesn’t.
Because we’re going to add a few more starters training camp even starts. But they shouldn’t go on the depth chart until they are Chiefs property.

I know....
I see what you mean as they are not currently part of the team, I guess I was just thinking out-loud! ha…I would leave Goff and Niswanger at their original positions rather than switch though.
It does seem that Pioli is trying to solidify our special teams with our free-agent pick-ups. This depth will also help out with keeping our players fresh on the field. So as we haven’t made a huge ‘jump’ in free-agency, the players will help us.

Yeh
Hopefully we can trade back and get into the 2nd and take a good tackle
draft
1.DE/OLB
2. Best tackle hopefully britton if hes there or loadholt
3.wood
4DE/OLB whatever we didnt adress in rd 1
The teams deffinatly coming around i was having my doubts when pioli didnt do anything at the begining of free agency, but i think the organization is in the right hands
