This was a prospective possibility I think Pioli has probably already thought of, but wouldn't it be interesting if Mathew Stafford drops below the second pick. If we picked him up, think of the possibilities we could have to get more early picks.
Scenario: We take Stafford and Use Cassel as a trade for more first and second round picks...or vise versa, we use Stafford for more picks. Either way, we have a promising QB for the future and walk away with more picks.
