PREDICTIONS

Call out your predictions, hopes, or hair-brained theories about the Chiefs.

Mine:

1.  Chiefs keep Gailey and have a top 5 offense this year

2.  Chiefs will primarily run a spread

3.  Chiefs will not get suggs, vilma, haynesworth, or ray lewis

I would love to hear what some of you guys on AP think about the draft, free agency, next season, the 3 year plan, or whatever else suits your fancy.

Two more words

6 Phases to the Chiefs Offseason 1) Get rid of Carl………. ( Hired Pioli )
2) Get rid of Herman….. ( Hired Haley)
3). Defense Free Agent Must ( Peppers + LB options ( Suggs, Dansby or Both)
4) Offense Must….. ( 4 and 5 Run together )
If we CAN get Cassell…. Number #3 pick needs to be Crabtree)
5) The Draft…. Which is always a crab shoot) If we don’t get Cassell, and Stafford does go to the Lions…… pick Stafford. If not #3 Must be Crabtree….. then the rest of the draft address Defense

6) Last but not least…… well, this could be first but not least Trade LJ….. and get something….. anything for him.

Right now we are 2 for 6….. I think we are doing pretty well….. What do you think?

dont get cassel please. i really wouldnt want haynesworth( injured) and i dont think we would have a chance at Lewis(he wants to win now). i would be all for the rest though. just no cassel. bleh

Agree with most of what you wrote except we MUST address the offensive line and QB depth!

Agree With most...

But I also Do not want to trade for Cassel. We need to draft our own guy and develop him. With Haley and Gailey (assuming we keep him) they can get that job done pretty good, imo. Ray won’t come here, and I still think Dansby will be franchised, but Suggs and Peppers anre very good options.

Crowder

Probably the most underrated free agent linebacker. He was always making plays for Miami.

any predictions though?

here’s summore:

4. chiefs will not get cassel, peppers, or boldin
5. crennel has already been interviewed (we will find out) and will accept after interviewing with (at least) another team
6. chiefs WILL be able to trade #3, and that pick will be Crabtree. The big question on him will be his holdout.

OUR FUTURE: Bam Morris, Bill Romanowski, and John Rocker with Pete Rose as OC

On average, a professional team should win the championship about 1 time in 30 years.

as to crennel

I say that because Pioli & Clark are spacing out their media events for maximum positive chiefs exposure, and Crennel is a Rooney candidate

4a. if the Chiefs DO get Cassel, the NFL will investigate the Pioli/Bellichek connection and ESPN won’t shut up about it.
4b. the chiefs might get boldin :)
