Who's our D. Coordinator Going To Be?

I'm wondering on how we plan to get good players in free agency. Players that are good people and fit our system. When we don't even know what our system is. By what we have on the roster I think Clancy Pendergast will be the D coordinator and we will run his hybrid 3-4 until the pieces are in place some 3 years from now. Alot of people still hope for Romeo.

Pendergast didn't leave his job

He got fired… so he’d probably take anything he was offered.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. But i still do think with what we got he’s the leading canidate for it. I mean the only other guy would be Gibbs and I don’t think thats gonna happen.

I think Pendergrast will be the DC

He’s the most logical choice. And if Crennel were on board something would have been brought up by now.

KC is more attractive than Cleveland where Mangini wants him to stay as a consultant. It is hard to work for the team that fired you.

Gunthers situation was entirely different

He came back after a four year absence…Everything was different..Our D was terrible and he was embraced by everyone with open arms..

By the way, it’s looking very likely that Cassell will be our new qb..I honestly have no idea, but Pioli drafted the guy and knows cassell inside and out..I think he’s coming to kc..

I hope so

because we need a productive offense that’ll keep us contenders this year while we settle in to our new fefensive scheme. The next few years will bring us glimpses of Heaven and Hell until we settle into it and it start actually producing.
