Michael Crabtree's Foot

10:50 A.M. CST - NFL Network Reports Michael Crabtree has a stress fracture in his foot that will require surgery to repair. He is expected to be out 10 weeks following the surgery. That means there is almost no way he will work out or run for scouts before the NFL Draft. Crabtree has already been measured and some coaches were disappointed to find that he is not 6'3" + a little (Larry Fitzgerald size) as reported earlier. He is actually 6'1" + a little.

He's 2 inches shorter and will not run before the draft. He will also be comming off a foot surgery going into next season. There is plenty of tape to evaluate him, but if I were Crabtree I'd be concerned that he may drop from the top 5 in the draft to late first round behind a couple other recievers.

They just mentioned that TO

has the same surgery in his left foot. The panthers last year drafted Jonathan Stewart RB with the 13th pick overall; Stewart with the same injury and scenario. So there’s still hope for the kid.

I didnt see your post.

We need a future defensive leader, his name is James Laurinaitis and he can be selected in round 1 of the upcoming Draft.

how many different posts are we gonna have about this....all the same

anyways its not a serious injury if he gets it fixed now and the man is a stud. He will be fine just as steward was whether he decides to work out at the combine or not. His draft status won’t be affected, if it is someone is going to get a steal.
