D Coordinator Darkhorse
The majority of the people on this site have decided that Romeo Crennel would be the best choice for our next DC, me included, but I have a new name for you: Bill Davis. He is currently the linebackers coach for the AZ Cardinals, and former DC of the San Francisco 49ers. He runs a 4-3 "under" Defense which is explaned here, along with a 3-4. His father was also the VP of Player Personnel for the Browns for 6 seasons and spent 7 other season in the NFL as well. After reading about coach Davis and learning about his defensive schemes, I think he is my top candidate to be DC. My prediction for the game is: AZ 26 PIT 20. Anquan Boldin will have a huge game and be named MVP.

How come the Cardinals have the best coaching staff in America all the sudden? :)
The Cardinals have been a joke for years and despite a good start at the beginning of this season, got blown out the last several games of the year.
They’re a hot team right now, but I don’t think that means everyone on their coaching staff is gold.
My prediction for the game is: PIT 32 – AZ 10
I think this is going to be a blowout like 1985 Super Bowl. A real, legitimate good team meeting a fake in the Super Bowl.

Who said that? I’m just saying I like what he has done in the past, he runs the defensive schem I’m in favor of and if we sign Haley he could very well follow him here. No chance this is a blowout, If they win it would be a 21-17 score, not 32-10. That is just crazy talk right there DJ!

It's not just you
The whole Todd Haley thing I find kind of funny. I mean, maybe it turns out he is the guy, but there is no evidence of it or any info thats been leaked that would make anyone think it would happen. I just find it interesting that once the Cardinals won the NFC Championship game that all the sudden their coaches became hot candidates.
As far as the game, I predict we are going to see the old addage “Defense wins championships” fulfilled once again. The Steelers are for real and I don’t think the Cards are.

22 point difference?!?
For my sake, please hope for a Cards loss by less than 7 points.

.....
What in the world makes you think he would be a better candidate than Romeo when Crennel has WON SUPER BOWLS coaching those same defenses….
Do you have some weird crush on young, undiscovered coaches?
