Well
That’s no so bad. You should see Davenport Iowa snow this morning. The flakes are absolutely huge. No school for me as school was cancelled, which is rare for our district. Oh well I’ll take it! Hooray!

Snow Day?
I think my school district had like three of those the whole time I was in school. Got really old to watch all the other districts names scroll by on the TV in the morning, then trudge through the snow to get to mine.
In other news, I’ll be going to football practice today in the snow, and likely playing in it on Friday. My base here in SW Illinois holds their Army vs. Navy flag football game the same weeks as the NCAAs. I’m so looking forward to it. rolls eyes Oh well, at least the Navy has been winning seven years straight. Here’s to number eight.
Snow Day
Last year we got a “Freeze Day” it was like 30 below and they cancelled school for 2 days. We probably got like 5-6 inches since 530am and 3-5 yesterday plus some sleet. We are good for a week.
I’ll be headed into KC this week to my grandparents who live not too far from KC area. They’ve been getting snow too.

The wind is crazy today!
Man with the ten degree temp, and that wind wow, I walked my kid to school, and about froze in that three minute trip there, and back!
Good move by the Chiefs org, glad to see LJ gone.
