You have to dive for it sometimes!

Im not saying wade the answer
but the guy did look pretty good early in the year……and the vikings could afford to get rid of them they have 2 if not 3 WR better than bowe
I'm thinking it's time for Croyle to start a game
cassel4prez will surely disagree, but at this point, it can’t possibly HURT and who knows, he might have good (or better) game
the worst that happens … we lose

i hear you about letting croyle start the next one and maybe it would be a good idea, but i feel like both him and matt are the same style qb they just manage the game nothing more nothing less…..and i dont think putting croyle in would jumpstart the offense……..I have been a huge cassel fan since hes been here but he looked horrible today, ive also noticed that cassel will eitehr throw 0 int or 2 -3.
Yea, cause he was so great on that fake punt play!

As bad as we've looked this year...
I still feel less ashamed in 2009 than I did last year.
I’d dreamed of being a Chiefs season ticket holder since I was twelve years old, watching Saleaumua, Dan Phillips and (of course) DT and the boys destroy opposing offensive lines. When I got the chance to take tickets last season, I jumped at it, believing in my heart of hearts that I was set up for one of the most exciting falls ever.
Oops. I ended up paying $$ that I barely had, to watch some of the worst football in the world. It was horrible—thank God my fellow Chief fans and the amazing Arrowhead/KC experience made it all worthwhile.
This year? We’re trying harder, winning as often, and I’m seeing significant flashes of talent from players playing in legitimate, NFL schemes (well, except for our defense).
Is it still disgusting? Yeah. Am I frustrated? No question—especially after two straight in-division beatdowns. But I still feel like there’s light at the end of the tunnel…somewhere. It WILL get better; everything always does.
This, too, shall pass.

Exactly
A couple of years ago, there were waiting lists..LONG..waiting lists to get season tickets.
Now? They arent real hard to get. My friends cousin was able to get season tickets without having to wait on a list. He sold me his 2 tickets today and thank god for DT’s Jersey retirement ceremony otherwise I would have been thoroughly disappointed
For those who were there..the Jersey retirement was special. Emotional. It was..amazing. It was also good to see Marty, Neil Smith and Dan Saleaumua there for the retirement also. I couldnt have asked for a better game to go to, but it would have been nice to see the chiefs kick the Broncos ass in light of DT’s memory. I’m sure he would have loved that. He always said his favorite QB to tackle was Elway. But some things dont work out that way.
I had a guy sitting by me who said that DT was rolling in his grave. And..I understand where he came from but it kinda irritated me, because if DT were still here today, I’m willing to bet that he’d be among the biggest supporters of the Chiefs, no matter what the record was, how bad we lost or how ugly we looked. DT would have never turned his back on the Chiefs and “rolling in his grave” is somewhat of an implication of doing that. Maybe I’m just over-thinking his comment..but I cant help the way that it hit me.
You meant Joe Phillips.
Darren Mickell, Neil Smith. Those were the days.
Chiefs were dominant up front in those days. Also dominant in the secondary.
"Ow! You knocked my tooth out!!"
"Yeah? Well, Colt makes a heavy firearm. That's a fact."
