Combine

Was working and listening so one of the things I caught.

In the next month he will have the draft board of players he wants listed in order. This list will change very little based on Combine results. He said something to the effect that these guys haven’t played football in 3 months. He likes to see what they did on the field and base it off of that, instead of the numbers in shorts and a shirt.

He certainly sounds organized

I remember Clark Hunt saying after this year’s draft how fascinating it was to watch Pioli conduct the draft. Sounds like a dig on Peterson’s draft methodology to me.

Predictions:

Kansas City will not win more than four games in 2009
Kansas City will have a new OC and DC in 2010
Kansas City will win at least seven games in 2010
