The Christmas Spirit...

Good evening brethren. And sisters. It's been quite awhile since my last post. I've hardly been on here at all lately. Between family matters, disappointing losses, and Christmas, it's just been a daunting task to sit down and login to AP. That said, the Christmas Spirit has taken hold and I felt compelled to post once again. I know this year has been crap for our beloved Chiefs, and those who stay true, well, we will eventually prosper. We all want nothing more than wins, and if Santa could put a W under our trees, that would be spectacular. It seems that no matter how much we progress, the regression overpowers the good and we falter yet again. However, I do see the light. I am a firm believer that this team is establishing itself. If you look hard enough, you can see signs of life. However small, the signs are there and the players are pushing themselves to establish an identity.  I believe through FA and the draft, we can become a good team yet again. The seats will be filled again and the fans will rejoice. Well, at least that's the hope, and I refuse to let that go. The Chiefs wins were far and few between, but so far, we've got one more than we did last year. Keeping that in mind, I modified the lyrics to Faith Hill's "Where Are You Christmas?"
