PrintI dont know about everyone else but this is getting pathetic every week watching these players that are suppose to be NFL receivers dropping would be touchdown passes. If it was my decision theres not a single one that would still be on this team. What is that like 5 drops in the last few weeks that would have been touchdowns. I know all the throws havent been perfect but thats their job to help their qb and make those catches. Maybe they need to practice pass catching skills all week and not worry about anything else until they can learn to catch the damn ball.

Not that I don’t completely agree with you. I just figured this is probably exactly what Matt Cassel is telling someone privately at this exact moment. I say we put some glue on their hands or paint money signs on the ball so the players remember that every catch means a bigger paycheck!

if I was Cassel I would just stop throwing the ball I would audible to a run play everytime, if they arent going to catch the ball then why throw and risk taking more hits from the defense

Bobby Wade will definitely be gone next year. I would say Bradley too. Bowe, Long, and Chambers will probably still be here.
Speaking of Lance Long. That kid is one tough SOB. He has been taking some brutal hits ever since his first start. I’m surprised he isn’t paralyzed after some the shots he’s taken. I give him a pass just for that. I can’t even stress it enough. Some of those shots would kill a normal person…Just brutal!
Unfortunately pain tolerance is not the most important skill for an NFL receiver

we’ll be taking a WR in with one of our first 4 picks after watching the last few games. I agree Wade and Bradley are gone. Wade has a lot of nerve yelling back at Haley after the way he’s dropped so many passes. That punt that he failed to catch today really hurt in the field position department………

The last play of the game. Is it just me or was that not pass interferince. He fell on his own(nice job on the acting, couldve won an oscar)but he was contacted just before the ball got there. Wouldve been first and goal from the 1. Haley was pissed.

but when you are 3-9 i guess you dont get those calls you just get bs holding penalties that take away big plays
