Today is the third anniversary of the death of AFL founder and Kansas City Chiefs owner Lamar Hunt. Pro football would not be what it is today without Mr. Hunt's contributions.
Hunt is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (1972), the National Soccer Hall of Fame (1982) and the International Tennis Hall of Fame (1993). He led literally one of the most interesting lives a person could lead.
RIP, Mr. Hunt. The Chiefs are going to win one today for you.
