From LJ's Personal Blog on October 5th: I'm not a big stats guy, especially trying to get that 1st win...but a fan just mentioned to me that I'm 244 yards away from the all time Chiefs Rushing record.
When I stopped to think about my time here and what I've been through in KC, it really means a lot to me. I don't want to talk about it until we get our first win, so we'll leave it there until...

i take comfort in knowing that for 2.7 that record
will forever be just out of reach.
UCrawford will eventually calm down and realize that Haley isn't a bad coach.
Will embrace the Fire Haley Bandwagon if we lose to the raiders by more then a TD
LJ will not land in Pittsburgh
The Chiefs will not be the number one pick in this years draft
The Chiefs first pick of the draft will NOT be a OL
Thinks UCrawford just needs a hug... offer is there when you are ready UC :p

i'm also pretty sure the record had a lot to do with the timing of his release
no way the Chiefs want his name n their record boks for another 10+ years util someone else breaks it…much rather keep Priest up there

Actually...
the record was the only thing that Haley denied had anything to do with the decision. He basically refused to answer all other questions relating to what factors were part of the decision.
Not that I expect a head coach in this situation would tell the whole truth… but that’s what the man said.

A man who says he can, and a man who says he can't are both right. Which one are you?

look at herm
i kinda miss him. not the greatest coach, but i always loved his positive attitude. He preached things that can make anyone successful if they just apply them.

All that money
…and he can’t even get a decent barber to not screw it up.
