Chiefs G Mike Goff Enters Thursday Injury Report
The Kansas City Chiefs currently have five players on the injury report while the Jacksonville Jaguars have four. This is a little surprising because, through eight weeks, the Chiefs have usually been the healthier team in any matchup.
There were no changes to the Chiefs injury report except for the addition of Mike Goff.
Did Not Participate
S Jon McGraw (leg) - Still no updates but he hasn't practiced in nearly two weeks.
CB Mike Richardson (illness) - Unknown illness. This is the second day in a row he's been gone.
Limited Participation
C Rudy Niswanger (knee) - He practiced again today which is a good sign. Coming back from a MCL injury in two weeks would be impressive (Cassel took three).
G Mike Goff (shoulder) - No clue what this is. Goff's a veteran so this could be precautionary.
Full Participation
T Branden Albert (ankle) - He appears ready to play.
***
The Chiefs currently have 60% of their starting offensive line on the injury report.

Goff to the IR?
j/k :)
I dont’ wish injuries on anyone, of course… I’d sure like to see a new RG starter, though

im guessing...
we havent seen much of the guys from miami because they r having problems picking up the zone blocking scheme. that would be my only guess since the guys played seemingly well last year.
anyone know what kind of blocking miami runs?

60% of our offensive line is on the injury report...
which is kinda ironic since our offensive line is in fact about 60% as good as an average offensive line.

Ouch!
That would put us at about 36% then for this game. Not a good thing. :)

Does that mean...
then that we should have our offensive line all paint their faces like Braveheart.

I think the
red & gold stripes on the faces of the offensive line could work wonders for them! Sure as hell couldn’t hurt!

Maybe we will see what the best lineup the Chiefs currently have to offer
Albert, Waters, Smith, Nduckwe, O’Callahan :)
Exactly what the Doctor ordered. Sorry tonight no Ted Nugent link :(

I agree....
I’m all for this lineup…
Albert, Waters, Smith, Nduckwe, O’Callahan
‘The Chiefs currently have 60% of their starting offensive line on the injury report.’
correction… This was the Chiefs starting offensive line for the begining of the season. Here’s to a better offensive line the 2nd half of the season(geez I hope).

Shoulder Injury?
Goff must have thrown out his shoulder whiffing on another block.

I think the injuries and LJ's absence is leading
to our team playing better overall, Morgan, Charles/Smith, Nduckwe

Hell yeah!
Idaho is about loyalty. Yeah we wanted to see a miami like turnaround. We want Haley to be the next Belichick. However we also realize that the current admin was handed a questionable if not shitty roster. We see tweets, we see posters, we see others perspecive on the situation. What we don ‘t see is the whole story. I know that you can’t make all pros out of everybody off of your roster. I know that you cannot make flawless decisions. I am not sold on Haley, Pioli, or anyone else for that matter. However they are Chiefs. and from my perspective I will cheer them on no matter the state of the record or the personall. There are a lot of speculative opinions on this site. No body truely know what the state of the locker room is without being a player or coach. Speculate all you want on the good or the bad but rest assurred that the loyalty to the team is all that we really have.

I went to the one on federal way years ago.
Haven’t been to the one in eagle.I have Sunday Ticket, so I just kick it at home.Plus I quit drinking before the season started – yes poor timing!

The chiefs fans I have met in Idaho
Not many broken ankles from jumping off the bandwagon. Time and good decisions will fix this team. Loyal fans stick through thick and thin regardless of location.

I wonder how many of these are injuries that guys would
be playing through if we were contending right now???

I didn't think Wade did bad at center.
Did I miss something? He seemed fine, blocked ok, didn’t botch any snaps etc.
Anything to get Goff out of there right?
