It's a struggle to find positive stats for the '09 Chiefs, but here's one: They've lost two fumbles in seven games. RB Larry Johnson lost the ball once on offense and RB Jamaal Charles fumbled away a kickoff return. They are tied with five other teams for the fewest fumbles lost.

Yeah but how many times have we fumbled

getting it back is just luck.

I wish they had more offensive plays

to at least make that stat seem better.

I remember Dawson to Taylor, Kenney to Carson, and Blackledge catching the snap in his facemask. Seen it all...

Since everyone seems to be blaming Haley for WR's dropping balls (frankly a boggling thought)

…does this mean people will give him credit for THIS stat-line? lol.

a blocked punt recovery is also a fumble recovery...

i wish i could forget about that play

A man who says he can, and a man who says he can't are both right. Which one are you?

It is difficult...

to fumble the ball when you rarely have it. Now if we were putting up 30 points a game that would be an impressive stat.

This is the invisible value of having LJ bein' beat up on by opposing DL's...

… rather than someone who might’ve coughed up 5 or 6, by now.

My sense of Haley’s regime so far is he’s more concerned about not making the big blunders, even if it means being out-executed, because your better athlete is not playin’ smart, yet. And let’s face it. There were a lotta players on the roster who could wow one minute and embarrass the next. I think that might be the most profound change in culture in KC

No question. Otis Taylor should be in the Hall of Fame.
