Boycott Arrowhead??? (sorry wrong title earlier)
Hey all I know there has a been a lot of talk about Larry Johnson and what will happen with him, but what I want to know is what we will do as fans? I don't really care if we keep Larry or not, we have to pay him so we might as well use him as a tackling dummy. What I'm more concerned with is whether or not he plays. I think it would be absurd to let him play after disrespecting Todd Haley, his team, and his fans. If Larry Johnson plays again would any of you ticket holders be willing to boycotting arrowhead to let the Chiefs know we are fed up with all this bull?
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Arrowhead Pride's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Arrowhead Pride writers or editors.

Nah...
I love the Chiefs, the players will come and go, but I will always love the Chiefs. And its not like there is much to play for this year, but I am not going to stop rooting for them if they chose to play an asshole. And lets not forget, that there are probably other players who suck as humans that we dont know about so lets not feed LJ’s ego by making this about him.

I Suspect
He was just trying to make a clever and slightly misleading headline to get traffic on his FanPost.
Not recommended, by the way…it undercuts your credibility after awhile.

Predictions for 2009
1. Todd Haley's going to struggle with managing his staff in his rookie year as head coach.
6. The Chiefs will go 7-9 in 2009, good for 2nd in the AFC West. Revision: We go 5-11 and finish behind Oakland.
7. Ryan Succop will not perform better in 2009 than Connor Barth did in 2008.
8. The Chiefs will have a bottom 10 defense this year.
9. RB will be a problem area this season on offense.

+1 Or undercuts it immediately.

Todd Haley needs to sink or swim on his own
If he keeps LJ and LJ becomes a problem, that tells us something about Haley.
If he keeps LJ and he tows the line from here on out and helps the team, that tells us something about Haley too.
If he sits LJ on the bench the rest of the season, that tells us even more.
We need to find out what this young coach is made of.

DJ I know what your saying here, my questions is
Is this really all Todd Haley’s call in this situation?
Yeah, let's just keep matriculatin' the ball down the field, boys! ...
by oldchiefsfan on Nov 3, 2009 10:43 PM CST up reply actions 0 recs
Well
If he’s on the team, playing him is technically his call, but it seems that these decisions are made between the leadership group so this isn’t all on Haley IMO.

Maybe the title is calling AP'ers to boycott
Insert comma: “Boycott, Arrowheadpride???”

Hey doc
you can remove this post by using that delete thingy…What good would boycotting really do? Ask them dudes in Cleveland….nutn
Winning begins with Attitude - Haley and Pioli will be winners in KC!
I'll forever be a Chiefs fan! Only God himself could take that away from me, but when I get to my great reward, I'll rejoin two bigger fans, my Mom and Dad.

That's what I figured
and hesitated to call you a loon.
But a boycott of Arrowhead would just give the team incentive to move, and that’s worse than having a bad team. It would have been great to turn things around in 1 offseason, but the puzzle pieces just didn’t come together as fortunate as the brass would have hoped.
I’ve gotten used to saying it living in KC and being a fan of the Chiefs and Royals… “There’s always next year!”

no not just because LJ
Start at the top why we are fed up.
1. Cassel needs to be benched..
2. LJ should not of been starting since week 3.
3. Savage has been screwed so far.
4. Goff is still on the field.
5. Niswanger is starting.
6. DJ for some reason is not starting.
7. Pollard got dumped and screwed over although he is prob happy now.
8.The only draft pick producing so far is Succop and some are already off the team.
9. NONE of are offseason additions are putting up the expected numbers.
10. PIolli and Haley act as though its not thier fault we have been terrible so far.
11. Are D cordinators are no good look at what the teams they left are doing Ari and NO.
I clearly think us fans need to send the message that Piolli and Haley may be in charge of the team, but this is Kansas City’s team the fans our the ones who pay the bills and fill the seats it is our team.

No freakin way!!!
Are you kidding me, where are you from…Cleveland? I am not sure how Chiefs fans got this way. WHay is our Stadium empty and why are there more opposing fans than Chiefs fdans at the stadium? Its non sense, Arrowhead used to be full and loud every game. Granted we were a decent team, well in the regular season anyways. We have turned into fairweather fans and we don’t even realize it.
