Talking with media members in the Chiefs locker room just moments ago, RB Jamaal Charles revealed that he plans on downing an entire turkey in one setting tomorrow.
"Ya’ll can’t take me lightly," Charles laughed as people acted surprised. "I’m big in the inside."

well he works out for a living, its easy to eat like that. When i’m in full workout mode i eat about 4500 cals a day and can lose weight
I heard Michael Phelps rocks a 33,000 per day calorie diet when he is training.

I’m one of those “little guys” (at least weightwise) with a hyper metabolism. But I’ll be stuck at work so no joy on the Thanksgiving feast for me. Too bad, cause some good turkey sounds great.
Hey all! This is my first ‘real’ comment. This morning doesnt count. Once I can figure out how to make my own fan shot, I’ll think of more to say. Somthing cool I hope. Kinda funny thing I noticed… Playing madden 10(before getting updated roster), I released LJ at the main menu, and the team overall, went from a 69 to like a 78. Ha! Again, sorry for the long comment. I’ll keep’em more on topic later.
