Antonio Cromartie under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon
" Chargers cornerback Antonio Cromartie is being investigated after a fight at a bar in Pacific Beach early Monday morning that left one person with minor injuries, San Diego police said.
The fight was reported just before 1:30 a.m. at Bar West on Hornblend Street near Bayard Street, police said. Someone apparently threw a champagne bottle that hit another person in the head, police Detective Gary Hassen said."

Undisciplined football team
Sure they have the talent, but they don’t have the discipline or the respect for the game that is needed to win in the playoffs and win the Super Bowl.
Good news for the Chiefs this Sunday. Maybe a suspension for Cromartie? Also, there were reportedly 2-3 other Chargers players involved.
Reminds me of a Parcells video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaJuIjPU1G8&feature=related
And the old Herm Edwards/Tony Dungy: “Nothing good happens after midnight. If the girl won’t go home with you by then, she isn’t going to.”
Thats my favourite Hermism
If you go out and you’re looking for the girl to wink at you and she hasn’t winked at you before 12 she isn’t going to. You might as well go home

Same philosophy he used for coaching it seemed like.
Only replace girl with win, and 12 with the fourth quarter.
Sorry for the Herm-hate, just had to take the shot when I saw it. All in good fun though.
