Thanks.

Great job with the coverage as always. The gallery is working on one of the other threads, so it’s no big deal.

Joel

Do you have a link to the Haley post-game conference? I would love to see the Whitlock stare.

Just gotta say

this game was rather aesthetically pleasing as well. Two of the best, most classic uniforms in the league playing against one another today.

LOOOOOVED how Hines Ward mocking the Tomahawk Chop in the endzone...

…came back to bite him.

Remember when the Titans stomped on the “Terrible Towels” last year, and the Steelers used to insult as motivation to beat them in the playoffs?

Practice what you preach, I guess.

My long, drawn-out predictions that no one cares about, nor will bother to remember:

1. Todd Haley will still be the Chiefs Head Coach up to the 2011 season.
2. Clancy Pendergast won't make it to the 2010 season and was never intended to. Last-minute hire for a position that needed to be filled.
3. Todd Haley will not be the OC at the start of the 2010 season.

yeah

i’m usually not too hard on hines ward for his questionable hits, it is football after all. but that was pretty douche baggy

I love Hines, personally.

That pissed me off, though. I like the guy and knew I would get over it, but that did piss me off. Glad it came back to bite him.

here's my own good, bad, ugly

joel pretty much nailed it but here’s a few additions

The Good
-That option play from Castille to charles. That is just the kind of playcalling I have be aching to see. Just great stuff
- Off topic – Great to see Bernard Scott have a decent day for the Bengals – should keep LJ down on the depth chart.
- I know Joel mentioned it, but Chris Chambers just plain played tough
- PLEASE rewatch that 3rd down play with Jovan Belcher. I had no idea he was capable of that kind of closing speed
- The D felt very aggressive today.
-Ryan Succop – I know it was a chip shot but man is money

 The Bad
-How painful was it so hear all those Pittsburgh calls for Heath Miller. Haven’t seen such obvious evidence of foreign presence in Arrowhead in some time
-Cassel held on to the ball way too long today

The Ugly
- the overall offensive effort in the first half was scary pathetic

No shit. I heard “HEEEEEEEEEEATH” way too many times.

same here

I saw a LOT of Dallas fans at that game but there were even more fans from Pitt today. Hopefully that will start changing soon!

Bask in the glory that is Kwame Harris. Poor Alex...
