True test today

A win today is all it will take to propel us forward

Good gameday morning to all chiefs fans. It seems to me that today is going to be as big a challenge as the chiefs have faced thus far this season. With thanksgiving just 4 days away we have reached the point in the season where it becomes increasingly difficult for teams to play and defeat teams such as the steelers.

This time of year it isn`t so much who you play but when you play them. The steelers are in a fight for their playoff lives where the chiefs aren`t. Statistically the steelers are the top defensive team in the league against the run. They thrive on making teams one dimensional which in turn makes it so much easier for them to ratchet up the pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Today it will spell doom for the chiefs if they cannot at least have some success running the football. With two starters on their defense sidelined today we must take advantage of it. Positive yardage on first down is a must against this opponent today. Hopefully the play of charles and possibly the emergence of kolby smith will give this opportunity to be successful running the football.

It is time for the losing streak to end at arrowhead today and what could be more impressive than a victory over the defending super bowl champions. i know this will take a hurculean effort from our team but we are long overdue for one. Lets all get behind our men today and cheer them on to a victory that could lead to a great run that would propel us into a late season run that will build up our confidence and support our mindset as we go into the offseason with higher expectaions.

Stranger things have happened in this league and i truly believe we can do it...play smart, sound fundamental football today and we can propel ourselves into the right direction. This team has made a lot of mistakes and today we need to force them into making more. Good luch today chiefs. Lets punch them in the mouth early and often and send all these steeler fans who will show up in numbers today home talking to themselves. Go Chiefs!!!!!

I'm with you,

but wouldn’t bet the milk money on a win for the Chiefs today. I love the Chiefs and will hoot, holler, and cheer them on every moment of the game. I do believe that it will take more than a herculean effort…it will take a pure miracle…and I’m up for that!
