Nostradamus of Arrowhead Pride Pt. 11 (PSSST......IT MIGHT NOT BE SFW EDITION)
Welcome all. It is a wondrous week it is. Our Beloved Chiefs tied last years pathetic record and as such will not be any worse, no matter what all the haters around AP say, then last year's team. Leafdamus ahs been told that this week they face the defending world champs from Pittsburgh. Leafdamus is not scared of these Penguins and their fancy tuxedo suits. And how good can this Sidney Crosby guy be? He looks like he stopped wearing pull-ups only last week. Intimidating he is not. Fortunately for the Chiefs the game is in Arrowhead on grass, and these guys can't even tie their shoes off the ice. Thi......what do you mean....they are the defending world champs from Pittsburgh...they didn't win the championship, they stole it....very well. Leafdamus must apologize. The gods just informed him that it's not the Penguins that the Chiefs are facing but the Stealers. Leafdamus is still not scared. Even though the Chiefs have yet to win at Arrowhead this year, the Stealers can't hope to win as our refs are the most moralistic, fair refs in the league. Regardless Leafdamus knows the winner of this game and if you have not the patients to wait till tomorrow, or you need a tip for the betting lines, you have come to the right place.
Last week Ashley couldn't be with us as she was out promoting her new movie. We were fortunate to have Summer fill in. Considering the excessive slacking of Leafdamus' other self, if it weren't for Summer, we probably wouldn't had any participation. That being said, Ashley has returned but Leafdamus is willing to bet that Summer's beauty will grace AP once more.
Community Chest: The gods error in your favor. Count SF-Chi game as a win.

First thing of note, darwithabar successfully accomplished his redemption, posting high results on both sides of the board. Unfortunately he fell just short of the the ultimate redemption. This weeks title is split as no one person dominated the board. Steve_Chiefs had the most wins but Chiefsfan85 came with in 4 points of the Chiefs game. This is the Steve_Chiefs 3rd title and second that he's had to share. For those who want to know the the past winners here they are.

Again the first game of the week has already been played. Leafdamus' time was being occupied by the hockey gods. For that everyone gets a win for that game as well.

People really need to read the last paragraph as Leafdamus added a new rule and no one saw it. This is their fault as time is running out on them.
For those who still haven't yet want to attempt to prove their connection to the gods is greater, feel free to be embarrassed and then ridiculed. The rules are simple. Look into your crystal ball, play Tarot, smoke some peyote, or sacrifice the Brett Farve goat to the gods for some inspiration then pick who you think is going to win this week. and to make sure your connection to the Almighty is authentic you have to actually predict the score of the Chiefs game. Now that the season is half over Leafdamus would like to reinstate the prediction of the Championship games in order to see if they are hearing the gods more clearly now then they did back at the beginning of the season. This will go on for the next 2 week. You can join in at any time but will not get credit for games already played. May the gods find your sacrifice to be unacceptable and they send a thousand and one plagues your way.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Arrowhead Pride's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Arrowhead Pride writers or editors.

you can always jump back in
try to steel a few more victories
UCrawford will eventually calm down and realize that Haley isn't a bad coach.
Will embrace the Fire Haley Bandwagon if we lose to the raiders by more then a TD...
..But we aren't going to lose.
LJ will not land in Pittsburgh
The Chiefs will not be the number one pick in this years draft
The Chiefs first pick of the draft will NOT be a OL
Thinks UCrawford just needs a hug... offer is there when you are ready UC :p

I know I got started lete on predictions (week 3 or 4 or whenever) but I remember making playoff predictions the week before you (clearly) posted in your weekly picks that those playoff pick options were “closed”
if I can find it (archived) would you accept it as “official picks” or is it just “too late to deal with it”
