Around SBN: The Gift Of The 2003 Tigers

It's been a few weeks since we had a little Q&A with the SBN blog of the Pittsburgh Steelers upcoming opponent. Let's get back to it with a few questions from me for Arrowhead Pride, an immensely fast paced and popular blog. Considering just how sorry the Chiefs have been the past two years, it's remarkable just how vibrant and heavily populated a site Chris Thorman and his brother Joel (who I exchanged these questions with) have built.

It's true

As a newer user, I’ve been amazed and proud how much activity there is here. Chiefs fans are some of the most underrated (if not THE most underrated) in the league. That’s why I LOVE being a Chiefs fan, even through these hard times. Just imagine when we start having success- AP is going to be a joyful place!

According to my math

we are about 12 days away from passing “Blogging the Boys” in most total visits. It will put us over 5 million. We almost double them in average visits per day.

Yep

We’ll soon be the most traffficked SBN football blog of all time.

We’re high in page views already, I believe.

I concour.

This is definitely the place for all the esoteric chiefs information. It’s pretty sweet.

Chris and Joel run a heck of a site

and whenever they’re busy, the rest of the community does a great job picking up the slack. I used to go to 5-10 different sites to get my Chiefs fix every day, but over time I’ve realized that Arrowhead Pride has it all and is now my first stop. Nice job all!

we basically dont have lives

So we have plenty of time berating the dismal state of the 2009 Chiefs.

My boss would disagree.

She would say that I have a life, I just choose to ignore it for AP.

I remember Dawson to Taylor, Kenney to Carson, and Blackledge catching the snap in his facemask. Seen it all...
