Chiefs FS Jon McGraw (thigh) worked with the first-team defense during at least the beginning of today's practice.
Glad to hear that McGraw has made it back to the practice field. Hopefully he will be able to play Sunday.

Good stuff
Now if we could just do something about Mike Brown we might actually have a chance to win more than 1 game this year.
It's years like this that I wish I was a bear. Hibernation would make it so much easier.

ok, my issue
is that if mcgraw starts at FS, Morgan BETTER be starting at SS…Im getting sick of waiting this out, if Morgan sits the rest of the year or is just a 3rd safety, we go into 2010 still not knowing what we have…
PLEASE, sit mike brown.

if 2 games go by and he stinks, then put brown back in...but If brown starts to play a bit better, we once again did not evaluate our talent

It's hard to imagine Morgan playing any worse than Brown

Haley loves Mike Brown
Mike Brown will start at srong safety for the rest of the year unless he gets hurt — which, given his history, is likely to occur sometime in the near future.
Brown has the right attitude, leadership, and football IQ, he just doesn’t have it physically anymore like he used to.

If he keeps playing him.......
then they’ll both be out of a job, and they can spend all the time together they want!

in case you missed it on the other page....they all need to be fired
Words don’t adequately express how poor the KC secondary has been this season. KC allows 14.1 yards per catch (2nd-most in the NFL). It has allowed 12 pass plays of 40+ yards, most in the NFL, and ranks last in the league with just 3 INTs. Certainly its last line of defense gets no help from its first line of defense – its 10 sacks is the 2nd-fewest in the league

Holy crap! When you see those stats it just blows my mind how terrible the secondary has been. They are way worse than last year.

If McGraw's thigh worked with the first team...
won’t the rest of his body need to practice with the first team before Sunday?

Sorry… I couldn’t resist. But I’ve always thought the practice of putting the injured part of a player’s body in parentheses after his name made for some pretty bizarre sentences.
