The Bonus Value of Chris Chambers?

Chris Chambers could include potential extra value for the Chiefs. What he can tell the Chiefs coaches about the Chargers aside, Chambers has played many of the Chiefs upcoming opponents already this season. He should be able to give the Chiefs coaching staff a lot of information about how the Chargers offense game planned for certain opponents. He can also tell them what worked well and what didn't and what they saw on the tape following the games.

Listen to this.

Chambers has already played the Raiders TWICE. This Sunday will be his 3rd time.

He has already played the Steelers and will play them again with the Chiefs.

He has already played Denver once and will get 2 more cracks at them as a Chief.

He will get a shot at the team that cut him when the Chiefs go to Cali to play the Chargers.

Of the Chiefs remaining 8 games there are only 3 teams that Chambers has not already played this season or played for. They are the Browns, Bills and Bengals.

It brings up an interesting idea. Do you think the experience Chambers has this year will help the Chiefs?

hadn't thought about it

but every little bit helps. especially against the division opponents

The only players I hurt with my words are the ones who have an inflated opinion of their ability. I can't worry about that.

Once again PA finds the hidden info for us!

I say promote him to VP of Logistics…

Winning begins with Attitude - Haley and Pioli will be winners in KC!

I'll forever be a Chiefs fan! Only God himself could take that away from me, but when I get to my great reward, I'll rejoin two bigger fans, my Mom and Dad.

Yes his experience will help some

Also, he already has 2 touchdowns… how many receivers for the Chiefs can say that for the year, let alone in 1 game.

That's also just as many TDs as Gates and Sproles have each caught...

And more than Floyd, LT, or any Charger not named Vincent Jackson, ha!

I'll take that bet, you're gonna regret, cause Haley's the best that's ever been...

Predicted outcome for the Raidaaa's goes a little something like this:

UCrawford bowed his head because he knew JaMarcus had been beat.
He laid that golden sig line on his profile at Lucas's feet.
Haley said: "UCrawford just come on back if you ever want to try again.
"I told you once, you son of a bitch, I'm the best that's ever been."

good write up

i like that he has played those teams already and im most certain he will help in every aspect as to game planning. Haley said he would listen to Cassel about certain plays from the line, lets hope he listens to Chambers!

A nice little bonus.

Bottom line is how well he plays.

No question. Otis Taylor should be in the Hall of Fame.

Interesting point.

I didn’t get to see the San Diego game/didn’t really care about what specific players did against us. Did he play and if so how did he do? I’m just wondering if he might also provide an on the field view of how our D performs.
