Chiefs Scouts Attending a Few College Games This Weekend
The Kansas City Chiefs scouts attend college games every weekend I would imagine but they're rarely reported. This weekend, however, we've learned that team representatives will attend a couple of games.
Chris Steuber of Scout.com is reporting this.
Eastern Michigan vs. Central Michigan
Ah, EMU, the former home of Arrowhead Pride favorite Daniel Holtzclaw. Chiefs scouts are presumably looking at second day prospects at this game.
Here is the NFL Draft Scout page for EMU and here is the page for CMU.
Other teams attending this game are the Buffalo Bills and Atlanta Falcons.
Maryland vs. Wake Forest
These are a couple of bigger schools so it's possible there are some day one prospects here.
Here is the NFL Draft Scout page for Maryland and here is the page for Wake Forest.
Other teams attending this game include the San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans.

Here's some information on other games Chiefs scouts have attended this season.

Hey Toddy and Scotty
How about scouting some real schools with real talent, say, the SEC. No that doesn’t mean just LSU, which is the only place you guys seem to look at. How bout Alabama, there is this Linebacker named Rolando McClain, that is decimating Offenses. But I forget, we should let New England and the Ravens get guys like that. Well then, carry on, back to EMU
I'm sure they are....
It’s just not reported.

Dan LeFevour of CMU is a future superstar.
Of course, I’d like to think we’re set at QB. But if not, I’d take LeFevour.
CMU prospects
Though I doubt Lefevour is a future superstar, he is a prospect, the team also has a WR that’s projected 3-4 round, Bryan Anderson 6-5 214 WR 4.56.
Minnesota WR Eric Decker - Chiefs really need to scout this guy!
The Chiefs really need to look at this guy….seriously! I watched two of the Gophers’ games so far this season and Decker is an awesome wideout! Against Cal, he took a knockout hit and still held onto the ball, he really showed some skill with that one. He is Minnesota’s all-time leading receiver, if I remember right. He is pretty impressive to watch. I know, I know, you say, “but he plays for Minnesota!” Most of the best recievers didn’t play for big time schools and he could probably be picked up in the 3rd or 4th round depending on what his combine looks like before the draft. Here’s his stats from their games so far:
vs. Syracuse – 9 rec 183 yds
vs. Air Force – 10 rec 113 yds
vs. California – 8 rec 119 yds 2 TDs
vs. Northwestern – 8 rec 84 yds 2 TDs
vs. Wisconsin – 8 rec 140 yds 1 TD
