With all the discussions about Haley's winless ways through the first quarter of the season, and pretty strong opinions both for and against his coaching so far, I thought this would be a good topic for a poll. Personally I think coaches are going to make rookie mistakes just like people do in every field. He has made some bad moves, but he'll learn from those and get better. I think in general a coach should have 3 years to turn around a bad team.
