It is interesting

Everyone is talking about Dorsey being a bust, but he has 25 tackles compared to Jacksons 5.

Dorsey had 17 tackles by Week 6.

I know the Tackles don’t tell the whole story with Defensive linemen, but its not like our linebackers are racking up a bunch of sacks or tackles for loss either.

Guys he's get double teamed sometimes triple teamed

cause edwards/tyler are not good enough. 3-4 des are not supposed to do good wil year two. He and Dorsey will be the best 3-4 DEs in the league in a few years.. 3-4 Des aren’t supposed to have many tackles anyway. AND if we have a huge NT like Mt. Cody you’d see better production outta everyone.. Including our young DEs and of course our LBs.

3-4 ends

are not supposed to get stats. They have 2-gap responsibilities, meaning they are supposed to occupy blockers and let the linebackers run free. Jackson is doing his job just fine…the real problem is the lack of outside pash rushers from the linebacker positions.
