Chiefs Rank Low in Nearly Every Stat Category

Through Week 3 of the NFL regular season, here is where the Kansas City Chiefs rank for a number of stats on the offensive side of the ball.
I honestly cannot say any of those stats are good (even the field goal stat because that means we aren't scoring TDs). Even our high ranking for fourth down percentage means we had to go for it on fourth down a number of times, which of course isn't good either.
And now that I take an extra good look at the stats, being tied for fifth in red zone percentage is pretty good. Again, the caveat is that we need to score touchdowns, not field goals.
For those special teams haters, middle of the pack in punt return average is pretty good for this team.
The stats above are offensive stats. The defensive stats are after the jump.

fairly close to last year’s numbers. Hopefully our new guys start to gel with our old guys and we start tossing the ball a lil farther with all the blitzes we’re going to see this weekend. Go Chiefs!

Truly terrible stats. I think the D is a bit hurt by being on the field so long, but still not good.

It was nearly even in the Philly game too. I have no idea how, but we were within a minute in TOP with Philly
