Im tired of guys having bad years until they play us

Aren't you tired of hearing the announcers talking about how a certain player has played really bad until they play us

Phillip Rivers has not played good until yesterday when he threw 3 td's and 0 interceptions 122 rating

Miles Austin 250 yards Never heard of this guy until he kicked our ass and this is his fourth year and never over 800 yards in a year then he does 250 in one game on us

Eric Weddle 1 sack, no sacks all year until he plays us. These are just some of the players I could think of off the top of my head, there are  many many more, and im getting really tired of it.

Miles Austin had a good day yesterday.

But,you are right, cowboys wouldn’t be starting him if it wasn’t for that breakout game against us.

Sorry, but the Chargers were due for a breakout game !

They are a better team at this point.

UR right, breakout games always happen against the CHIEFS !

Rivers stats before yesterday

1,519 yards
59% completion
7 TDs
3 INTs

He’s been having a fine year. So had Weddle, actually. This was just the first week that the Chargers decided to rush Weddle (who judges Safeties by sacks?) because the OLBs weren’t getting it done.

Yesterdays game was THE PERFECT WAY TO GAUGE the progress of this team...

This is essentially the same Charger team we played twice last year and really, should have won both games.

Then comes this year and we get blown out by the same team who barely scraped past us.

That alone tells me everything I need to know about whether this team has made any progess….EPIC FAIL!!!

Try to look at is this way...

We might have lost to them the last 3 times we played, but it was only by a combined 32 points. =)

Funny post.

I said the same thing to my wife while watching the game on Sunday. Last season and this year I have heard that comment from the announcers practically every game. No wonder players circle KC on their calendars. It’s contract incentive day. Wasn’t this an offensive and defensive line that had been having a terrible season due to injuries? Yet, they looked like a super bowl team yesterday. I really believe they were extra motivated because they knew they could have their way with the Chiefs. Sad state of affairs it is.

I remember Dawson to Taylor, Kenney to Carson, and Blackledge catching the snap in his facemask. Seen it all...
