its a sad state of affairs
accountability starts at the top
Now we have a coach defending a 4th and nearly 2 yard quarterback sneak on our side of the 50 early in the game and a player..who is a shadow of his old self degrading the coach and making homophobic remarks that are totally un-called for. The way this season is going people need to be applying their efforts to turning this thing around instead of adding fuel to the fire that is all ready out of control. I know it is an emotional time for players, coaches and fans...me included...i have posted things on here in haste after the heat of the moment. In times like these those kinds of things are going to happen. The problem now is this season is so far gone it is hard telling what kind of other problems are going to pop up. When you got coachers and players and fans all upset at each other its a no win situation. I just think that our coach needs to take inventory of himself first and perhaps rethink some of his thought processing because every game we have something that is really questionable on his part...and usually more than once. If haley was held accountable for the decisions he makes like the players are scrutinized for the plays they make then i believe he might have a little better perspective of what is going on out there. Accountability cannot just be saved for the players it must be the same for the coaches and the front office if we are ever going to right this ship.

omg ... I just had an ugly thought ... we're turning into the Kansas City Raiders
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisiton!
This is a great day!
Remember this day! It’s the start of the new Chiefs…and the start of the end of Haley! Maybe we’ll get a real coach next year.
Haley will probably be the coach next year, Pioli isnt so irrational that he would fire his coach after 1 year...
By no means am I a Haley supported, but I highly doubt he gets less then 2 years to prove he is the guy. Now Clancy is on the hot seat. Maybe if we loss out then Haley would be on the hot seat but I dont see it.
It comes down to respect...
If the rest of the players don’t respect him, he’s done. ( My guess is they don’t). You don’t have to be a great x @o’s person to garner respect; but you’d better know your limitations, and be willing to let others do thier job. I. E. Joe Gibbs. Heck, this guy won two championships in nascar for crying out loud.
