Prediction the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS. will win a superbowl before the chargers
You may say im a dreamer but im not the only one. "HOpefully".
I am making this prediction. I have said it for about a year now and everyone and their momma is laughing at me because they figure the Chargers are just way to talented. But last time I checked . We have one thing that every team doesnt . SCOTT PIOLI. As we have seen Pioli has simply been the jem of GMs around the league he was a part of a dynasty . And his work speaks for it self. The guy is constantly making moves filling holes adding draft picks. He is constantly going to college games seeking new talent. ANd as of now he has kept his word on his work ethic . He is relentless. He is our biggest pick up this year by far.
Soooo Please mark my words .... WE WILL WIN A SUPERBOWL BEFORE THE CHARGERS.....
Ps.... I also predicted Eli Manning would win a super bowl before RIVERS. ANd I am still waiting on my $100 dollars. ahhaaha

Not to be a downer.
The only reason I agree is because I think the Chargers are not very good. It is NOT because I think we are. I DO however think by next year, we will be a MUCH better team. I also think we will win this Sunday.

chargers had a window
as vermeil always said, you have a certain window of opportunity, and for most teams, that window will close since they had a few drafts that were just pure hits…few drafts later, they make some trades to move up, get weddle etc, and it hasnt paid off…and now merriman is nothing without roids, they have an injury bug…and LT is over the age where a RB is very very productive.
they have a QB, much like we do, but they lose their window if they dont win this season, they dont have the cap to resign everyone, LT hates Rivers…its bad.

I says yes only....
Because I think they have already reached peak and they will have to do a little rebuilding of the roster to take over for veterans on the team. Chiefs? we already started that the last few years

I could buy what your selling...
As long as the Chargers do not replace Norv with Cowher in the off season. If that were to happen I would be really REALLY scared of that team.

I think Cowher wasnt nearly half as responsible for the Steelers success as the GM....
Why do you think Tomlin is having such success. He is overrated.

Tomlin is also coaching the same team
Cowher put together. Give Tomlin a few years before judging him.

Not sure if you have noticed...
but San Diego has a pretty good GM too.

Why do you think AJ and Cowher would Pair up?
We Will kick at least 4 Teams Asses in 09
And Succop will be the Key in two of them.

Im not saying they would...
Im just saying that if San Diego had a good coach they would be a very dangerous team.

Cowher would NEVER go to SD. KC option for Cowher but I like Haley

Why wouldn't he?
He only said that if he were to coach again that he wouldn’t coach in the AFC North.

I think
Cowher wants to be near his home in NC. Ideally, he is waiting for the Panthers job to open. DC would be close too but I don’t see him working for the dbag Snyder. Perhaps Jacksonville? Of course, they may end up in LA before too long. And finally, maybe Tennessee job will open sooner than any of us thought.

all you young'ns seem to have forgotten ...
the Chiefs already WON a Super Bowl LONG before the Chargers… way back in Seventy-Aught … beat Brett Favre and the Vikings, we did! no, wait, he was still with the Packers back then …
