Draft Notes: Sergio Kindle
I was watching some film on Sergio kindle and i noticed these these things.
1 Great Explosion from the snap .
2 great finesse pass rush moves like like jerome Mathis of the colts.
3 speedy linebacker with 3-4 linebacker instinct.
4 big hitter with excellent speed.
5 good pass coverage and solid run stuffer.
6 solid tackler will give 110 percent every play he's a game changer.
7 he's no chad johnson after a sack he's just goes back to line up a great leader.
NFL Comparison Demarcus Ware

sounds like a good prospect
Looks like he’s projected Mid 2nd round
OLB out of Texas… DJ part 2? j/k
I’d be ok with a guy like this or Norwood in the 2nd… as long as the other 2nd round pick, or the 3rd round pick are a top notch, day-one starting Center.
* "I doubt anyone will miss Connor Barth except UCrawford"
* the LB corps may become the biggest strength of the Chiefs in 2009
* The OL is NOT as bad as you think it is... give it time, and you'll see improvement this season

Spoon is not a 3-4 type player...
He will play OLB in a 4-3

good god thats enough of this "he wont translate into a 3-4 LB"
you realize that Jarrod Mayo and Patrick Willis were said to be 4-3 linebackers who couldn’t make the jump to a 3-4.

Are you really comparing Mayo/Willis to 'Spoon?
Weatherspoon is a small bodied lb, not great 3-4 material. He is the perfect mold for a 4-3 cover 2 team.

Is he 245?
I could have sworn he was 230ish.

I believe he put on another 15 pounds this offseason.

If your gonna compare him to an NFL player. at least say his name right.
You mean robert mathis…

And he compares him to Mathis then later says his NFL comparison is DaMarcus Ware. Is he Mathis or Ware? To me those are two different type of players.
Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

He has some decent speed moves
Which is why he is compared to Mathis. Ware is a top 3-4OLB and there is the comparison.
As far as 3-4OLB goes Hughes is my #1 if you havn’t seen him play, you must. He has quickness that I have not seen before, he is always around the ball, from being in the backfield to running to the opposite sideline, to trailing a back and knockin the ball away.
