2010 Free Agents Who The Chiefs Could Sign
1:Vince Wilfork when your a patriot they don't want you anymore you know your going to Kansas city and when the patriots drafted Ron Brace he was out of there he could ether be traded to kc like Seymour or he could go as a free agent. Vince's Stats 6-2 325 pounds started all 16 games last year finished with 85 tackles and 2 sacks he runs in a 3-4 defense too.
2 Ben Hamilton Broncos: i am really thinking this is Brian Waters last 2 years and Goff will be lucky to make it into the off season and Ben is a sturdy guard who could help allot on are offensive line.
Mike Gandy Cardinals: With Todd Haley as our coach he would defiantly consider coming to kc and the cards are having issues with cap with Adrian Wilson and Anquan Boldin wanting new contracts and other key players like Carlos dansby who is on a Franchise tag and you could move Albert to Guard or Right Tackle so it would all work out then move Indouke Inkuwe (cant Spell his name} to guard.
Kevin Walter Houston: He runs crisp routes but is shadowed by Andre Johnson and would be a great 2 receiver for Kansas City.
Shawne Merriman: Its not that i wont him in Kansas City but I would like to see if the new regime could turn his attitude around like Larry Johnson and Brian Waters.
These are just come free agents i looked up so i hope the chiefs target anyone of these players.

sorry bro but I just can't get into this post..
it’s not you..it’s just the same old shit that DIDN"T happen this offseason..Seymour is a Pioli guy….why isn’t he here now?? He got 2 sacks in his first game with the Raiders…new scheme, new coach ,,,, new team…same result..awesomeness!!
that’s greatness people….THAT is greatness…excelling despite the odds…Seymour didn’t need everyone going…oh he would have done better BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>
you never hear those words about great ones….only mediocre players that we want to be great…so when you mention Indukwe or whatever his name really is..moving to guard…i shake my head..if he’s the best we have at ANY position next year we’re 2-14 again…this whole line has to go bye bye…except Albert…he has potential…but adios all the rest…ALL the rest ….
Start over and get it right…and get us a Seymour or Haynesworth for God sakes…

Yeah Kray
and he still has two sacks…and 19 tackles.
If he is still so great why didn’t he get a sack against the Chiefs? I mean seriously, I could get a sack against the Chiefs. The Chiefs give up a sack every 10 plays.

"After the ball was snapped...
and he finished his lunch, Defensive tackle Patrick Allen walked past Chiefs Guard Mike Goff and sacked Matt Cassel. It was just an amazing site to see how Mr. Allen was able to finish off his $5 Subway sandwich with Goff drooling over the Chicken Teriyaki leaking from the bun. Allen is well on his way to Super Stardom after dominating Goff on Sunday!"
Winning begins with Attitude - Haley and Pioli will be winners in KC!
I'll forever be a Chiefs fan! Only God himself could take that away from me, but when I get to my great reward, I'll rejoin two bigger fans, my Mom and Dad.

seymour and haynesworth
seymour is old and we need guys playing positions that are going to be there for a long time…as for haynesworth only the redskins are dumb enough to pay him that much
I would be ok with walter

Walter is very underrated...
I’ve had him on my fantasy team on and off over the past couple years. He’d be great opposite Bowe.

why did patriots drop him
why did the pats drop him then?…and a (sarcasm) model franchise like the raiders pick him up

That was a joke...
…about Larry Johnson’s attitude right?
If everyone worked as hard as me, I would be out of a job.

NO on Merriman
But I think most would like Wilfork. He’s a great player who could be the fulcrum of the entire defensive scheme, like Hampton in Pittsburgh or…um, Wilfork in New England. I think he’d control the interior well enough to allow for more creative blitzes from the outside backers and wider gaps for the ends.

No one in the draft can contribute like Wilfork....
I would go after him aggressively. Pay him whatever he wanted plus some.

Patriots ARE NOT going to let Wilfork walk.
He is still pretty young (in his physical prime), and good 3-4 DT’s are hard to find.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Wilfork is franchised if he can’t come to terms with a long term deal.
Ty Law, Lawyer Miloy, Vrabel, and anyone else they let go were in their 30’s. Wilfork is 27, he is going no where. Even Seymour is 30 and the Pats made an absolute killing on him. I am going to laugh my taint off when he resigns with them next year.
Desperately hoping for Desperate Measures

Voted Wilfork....
But I’d love to see Kevin Walter brought in also. Great number 2 receiver.

Salary cap issues will be huge next year
Whether it will be uncapped or not, and how that will effect next year’s salaries. From what I’ve heard an uncapped season will actually hurt the players since the owners will basically just wait till the next cap agreement and not hard core shop. I think most of the owners will play pretty close to the vest and not go on a spending spree, except of course for Davis, Jones and the always astute Snyder.
With that being said, that’s why we got Cassel, (besides solid insider trading) for such a good deal was because of the Pat’s budget constraints. Those cash limitations aren’t going to go away next year. Will they want to keep Wilfork, definitely, will they be able to afford to, just maybe not.
Do like the idea of Merriman, but don’t like his injuries. His baggage isn’t all that bad, the guy is just hardly ever on the freakin field.
Also like the receiver Walter, 6-3 seems like Bowe 2.0, with Haley coaching, nice fit.
The rest are too old and on the downside of their career, no more Goff’s please.

And another thing that is somewhat unrelated....
For all the Dorsey haters out there; I feel it’s pretty safe to assume that all of you wold love to have Willfork on the team, as evidenced by the above poll.
The stats for this year so far Dorsey 15 solo tackles, 3 assissts
The stats for this year so far Willfork 15 solo tackles, 3 assissts
This would be an awesome DLine. But for the mean time, get off Dorsey’s back, he’s got the same production as key player on a good team that we would all love to have.

Its not a majority obviously on Dorsey
A vocal Minority
